CHIMNEY SWEEPING

CHIMNEY INSPECTIONS

CHIMNEY INSPECTIONS

We can help you maintain your chimney's health through annual sweepings. A standard sweeping costs $350 per chimney and/or fireplace or woodstove. Please contact us for more information. If we come out to your property and your chimney does not need sweeping, then we will inform you and only charge an inspection fee.

Inspections cost $150 for a level one inspection. We commonly perform inspections for anyone wanting more detailed information on the health of their chimney and very often when they are buying or selling a home. We will be offering level 2 and 3 inspections very soon with the use of an endoscopic camera.

CHIMNEY CAPS

CHIMNEY INSPECTIONS

In order to protect your chimney from rain and animal intrusion you will need a chimney cap. We pride ourselves in installing the best quality chimney caps which are stainless steel and come with a lifetime warranty. These caps keep out unwanted birds and animals and also protect  the inside of your chimney from water erosion which is the silent killer.

CHIMNEY MASONRY WORK

RONNIE HALL, FOUNDER & OUR STORY

Your chimney's mortar lines may be cracked or eroding. We can grind out that bad mortar joints and replace them with fresh new mortar through our process of repointing or tuckpointing. We can also install a fresh new mortar crown on top of the top bricks which will protect your chimney from absorbing water into the bricks and mortar and eating your chimney form the inside out. We will assess the health of your chimney during an estimate or inspection and inform you of the best next steps for the mortar on your chimney.

We can help you determine the best next steps for your chimney's lining system. If your chimney's lining system has become damaged (cracked terracotta flue tiles), or you have changed systems with your hot water heater or gas furnace, then you may need an aluminum or a stainless steel liner installed. We will work with you to install the best materials and hook them up properly for safe venting.
